Working with a local developer, JKRP converted an existing retail space from a single tenant to a three-tenant building. The anchor tenant, Chipotle, required a full-service kitchen and drive thru. JKRP had to use Chipotle brand standards to inform a facade redesign that would accommodate two additional tenants.
