The Quincy, was developed as part of the revitalization efforts along Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia. One hundred and forty-six residential units and ground floor retail replaced a former surface parking lot, creating much-needed density in one of the city’s fastest growing neighborhoods.

Utilizing “podium” construction, the first two floors of The Quincy were built using concrete, steel, and metal framing.

Floors 3 through 7 utilized modular construction. They were built from wood offsite and stacked on top of the “podium” in just a few days.
